A member of the Liidlii Kue First Nation who was raised in the Cowichan Valley, Suzanne has more than 25 years of experience in Indigenous consultation, lands, governance and economic development. She owns Suzanne Life & Associates and chairs the First Nations Women’s Council on Economic Security.

Senior Aquatic & Terrestrial Biologist
Born and raised in the Cowichan Valley, Justin is a Registered Professional Biologist and the biology team lead at Madrone Environmental Services in Duncan, where he has worked since 2008. His work includes riparian and marine assessments, wildlife and fisheries inventories, and environmental management plans for construction.

Ross is the founder of Quiet Water Resource Recovery Inc. His career spans decades of work in sustainable small-scale agriculture, resource recovery, integrated utility design and cross-cultural collaboration, from the Canadian north to equatorial hospital cities.

Paul is President of P.S. Turje & Associates Ltd., a civil engineering and planning firm in West Vancouver that he has led since 1991. He holds a BASc in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Kevin is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) based in Duncan and the founder of Westwick & Associates. He began his career in public practice, advising small and medium-sized businesses on corporate tax, then served as CFO of an engineering and technology firm.
