Elk Ridge, in partnership with Worthy Homes, offers modular homes planned with a distinctive set of wellness and preparedness options, so each family can choose the features that fit how they want to live. Affordable through off-site modular building and the Worthy Obtainable Lending Fund (in process).

Custom builds are subject to lot rules, zoning, permits and the Elk Ridge building scheme, currently in development. Nothing is offered for sale until the disclosure statement is filed.

About the lots

Room to grow, room to breathe.

Generous lots

Phase 1 lots range from about 7,500 to 19,800 sq ft, set among forest, parks and trails. Sizes are approximate and subject to final survey.

Space for a suite

Most lots allow a total build area (all floors) of up to about half the lot area, and secondary suites are permitted, subject to zoning, setbacks and permits.

Show homes

Two show homes are planned in the south of Phase 1, one smaller and one larger. The larger one doubles as the sales office.

How it will work

Nothing is for sale yet. Here's how buying will work once the disclosure statement is filed.

    Register your interest & book a call

    Free and non-binding. Register, then book a relaxed intro call with David Salmon or Kai, our Director of Community Development & Security. Booking your first call expresses your interest in Phase 1 presales. Ask anything about the land, the community and the plan.

  2. 2

    Review disclosure statement and pre-sale offer (with your lawyer)

    Review the filed Phase 1 disclosure statement and presale offer with your lawyer before anything is signed.

  3. 3

    Second call with David or Kai

    Walk through the disclosure statement, lots and home designs together, and plan a site visit if you'd like one.

  4. 4

    Choose your lot and home

    When Phase 1 presales open, people who registered and booked a first call get first option on lots and homes, in the order they registered.

  5. 5

    Sign and place a deposit in trust

    Deposits go into an interest-bearing trust account held by Elk Ridge's securities lawyer, not the developer, and are refundable during the 7-day rescission period under REDMA.

Founder Village · a concept

A village, shaped by its founders.

Founder Village is envisioned as a separate, close-knit village of about 35 homes for the founders and entrepreneurs who want to be part of the backbone of Elk Ridge. It's a place for investors, elders and business owners who each bring different strengths and values, set around shared gardens and a central green.

  • A voice in the design. Founding members help shape the gardens, gathering places and wellness spaces through our survey and design sessions.
  • Neighbours from day one. Meet like-minded families and get to know each other before the first home is built.
  • Community by design, not by rules. Bonfires, shared harvests and kids biking to a friend's place. Join in as much or as little as you like.
