PHASE 1 AT ELK RIDGE
Phase 1 comprises 103 planned residential lots ranging from approximately 9,000 to 12,000 square feet, together with five mixed-use parcels, parks, trails and community spaces including permaculture designed food forest.
With a provincially issued water licence (subject to conditions) and the planning foundation in place, Phase 1 is progressing through remaining engineering, tender preparation, and pre-construction toward build-ready status (subject to approvals, financing, and consultants).
Resilience & Regeneration
Elk Ridge is exploring the integration of community gardens, orchards, edible landscaping, greenhouse initiatives, and regenerative agriculture programs throughout the community.
These features are intended to provide residents with access to fresh local food, educational opportunities, and stronger connections to the land while enhancing the beauty and sustainability of the neighbourhood.
By incorporating food-producing landscapes into community design, Elk Ridge aims to create a healthier and more resilient environment for residents while supporting local food initiatives and environmental stewardship.

The journey begins with Phase One 103 single-family lots - 9000 ft2 to 12,000 ft2 - allowing 1 primary residence + a attached suite ( subject to change under Bill 25). Also included 5 commercial parcels, pre sales soon available with just a 10% deposit on land & 10% on homes.
