A living model for health, resilience, and abundance on Vancouver Island
DISCOVER A NEW KIND OF COMMUNITY
Elk Ridge is a 301-acre master-planned community taking shape in historic Paldi in the Cowichan Valley. The vision brings together thoughtfully planned homes, parks, trails, wellness amenities, local food systems and resilient infrastructure.
The community plan includes a 103-lot Phase 1, a separate 35-unit Founder Village and a wellness resort hotel planned for Phase 2. Supported by a provincially approved water licence and a defined pathway toward shovel-ready construction, Elk Ridge is being created as a healthier and more connected way to live on Vancouver Island.

Welcome To Elk Ridge Community
PHASE 1 AT ELK RIDGE
Phase 1 comprises 103 planned residential lots ranging from approximately 9,000 to 12,000 square feet, together with five mixed-use parcels, parks, trails and community spaces including permaculture designed food forrest.
With a provincially approved water licence and the planning foundation in place, Phase 1 is progressing through the remaining engineering, tender preparation and pre-construction work along a defined pathway toward shovel-ready construction.

Resilience & Regeneration
Elk Ridge is exploring the integration of community gardens, orchards, edible landscaping, greenhouse initiatives, and regenerative agriculture programs throughout the community.
These features are intended to provide residents with access to fresh local food, educational opportunities, and stronger connections to the land while enhancing the beauty and sustainability of the neighbourhood.
By incorporating food-producing landscapes into community design, Elk Ridge aims to create a healthier and more resilient environment for residents while supporting local food initiatives and environmental stewardship.

Our Homes
Elk Ridge is designed as a complete community- for the way people actually want to live on Vancouver Island.
With distinct neighbourhoods for different needs, our future homes span the full range — from attainable modular family homes to fully custom residences — so young families, downsizing seniors, and established homeowners can all find a place that fits.
Modular construction will keep our entry-level homes at the lowest price point possible, while our custom builds deliver one-of-a-kind craftsmanship. Every home, at every price point, is built to the same standard of energy efficiency and healthy-living design.
